Consultation
Whether you are an established label, emerging designer or small business, we can seamlessly facilitate your manufacturing and production. By using our suppliers in China & India we guarantee all parties are protected. This includes confidentiality agreements & contracts that outline terms and conditions before work commences. Our services will ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible for emerging designers.
Design and Technical Packs
Accurate and detailed design and technical packs are the key to a seamless project. We can assist in drawing and design and ensure all materials are supplier ready.
Patternmaking and Grading
A pattern is the most vital element of fashion production. Our team includes professional pattern makers and graders who work to interpret your designs and ensure the perfect fit. All patterns are developed into initial samples, which are then sent to you for approval. We can also use patterns produced externally if desired.
Sample Making
Before any production commences an initial sample garment in similar fabric will be made and sent to you for fittings.
Quality Control
In-line QC’s are present at every stage of production. They sign-off the first part of each process to ensure continuity. The next batch of QC’s sign-off the final inspection (separately to the in-line QC’s).
Freight
We work with your own nominated freight forwarders you wish to work FOB (freight on board), as well as with our landed (delivered to your door) services via our dedicated and trusted freight forwarding and clearing agents.
Tags and Labels
We can produce all tags and labels for you, or we can work with tags and labels provided by an external agent.
Work with charities
We partner with charities to assist them to produce cost effective, high quality promotional products and products for fundraising.
